Next race: IRONMAN 70.3 Vichy

This Saturday, 26th of August, it's time for my next race: 70.3 IRONMAN Vichy. With 7 weeks to go till the IRONMAN World Championships in Hawaii and 5 weeks after my latest victory in France, this race fits perfectly in my schedule and my build up towards Kona.

A 70.3 distance race to look for some more speed and race rhythm. Since my win in Nice, I took the time to recover and do a couple of intensive sessions. The race and those harder sessions, will put me in a perfect position to start another training period. One with a lot of kilometers and hours during my traditional high altitude camp in the French Pyrenees (Font Romeu).

So, I'm looking forward to a hard, beautiful and fast race on Saturday in Vichy!
